Each year, OBC sends volunteers on at least one Mission Trip. In the past few years, OBC members have traveled to Mexico to help with health clinics and orphanages. OBC also sends volunteers to work at Sunshine Camp near Beattyville, Kentucky.
This week of working with disadvantaged adults is a highlight for many of our members!
Food For the Hungry
In cooperation with the Greater Lansing Food Bank, we host a neighborhood food distribution. On the second Saturday of each month at 11 o'clock, we welcome our neighbors in the 48910 & 48911 zip codes to access free food from the Food Bank. You must have a picture ID & a second proof of address. Bring bags or boxes for the food.
