The View from Behind the Stage

Members of Talking Hands, Triumph and alumni puppeteers performed in an original production called "Lonesome Fish: The Legend of Starfish Gulch" on April 4, 2015. The show was part of the annual Olivet Baptist Church Annual Easter Egg Hunt.

The Puppet Ministry at Olivet

Picture
Why puppets at Olivet? Puppetry gives youth from fourth grade through high school the opportunity to learn mouth manipulation skills and perform both at the church and in the community. Talking Hands Puppeteers, the senior team, and Triumphant, our junior team, perform for children's messages, dramas, and seasonal programs such as Easter and Christmas. Talking Hands Puppeteers also performs in the Holt Hometown Festival parade and at locations such as the Holt Farmers Market and the Holt Senior Center.
