What kind of man does God say is to lead the church? After all, if Christ is the only head of the church…..does that mean that any man will do for the rest? As it turns out, there is quite the standard that is required for a man to be called an “elder”. God wants his church to be led by servants, by those with the heart and character of the Father Himself, and these men will need to model this character as they lead, and they will need to raise up other men to model it as well. Join us this Sunday as we see God’s standards for His servant Leaders! These are the standards we will be using to select our own elders as a church in the next 2 months! It is an exciting time for our church family, come and see what is going on! |
