What To Expect
We believe in worshiping God and His Son Jesus Christ with joy and humility. To this end, we use a variety of worship elements:
- Music, including contemporary worship choruses and hymns
- Reading and teaching from the Bible
- Weekly Celebration of the Lord's Supper (Open Communion)
- Prayer and praise, during which we seek God's intervention in the life of members of our church family in regard to health, employment, life issues, etc. and rejoice in His answers
- Bringing our time, talents, and offerings to the Lord
There is no dress code.
Childcare is provided.
A special time of teaching for our young children during the service:
We have our children remain in the sanctuary for the Sunday worship time, and communion. Child participation in the communion is solely up to the parent or guardian.
Following the Children's Message, children in preschool through 6th grade are invited to go to the Education Wing for a snack, Bible stories, crafts, discussions, games, object lessons and more.
The Nursery for ages 0 -3 is staffed by trained personnel during the service and Sunday School.
There is a cry room in the back of the sanctuary for your use, if desired.
